Researchers from Harvard University have taken inspiration from termites to develop robots that can lift, carry and place bricks according to simple programmed rules. Teams of them could build large, complex structures.

why not? i think it will be a whileoff before robots could be programmed adequately to handle the complexity associted with varying ground conditions or any unpredictable events such as small wall collapses or such.

i think this is pretty cool that we can use the way nature naturaly works to our advantage and we could be more eco friendly by doing this however would this make us become lazy and rely on other objects in our world rather than doing it ourselves. From Harriet Reece 12
