Are you the people who had a TV report on the Robot Octopus recently and that it didn’t have a lot of extended energy that needed to be solved? I saw a probable problem solver on another TV show, Shark Tank. It was a small item for a back pack or briefcase that used movement to keep it charged for cell phones and the like. The owner said companies were looking into the possibilities of it (much larger) harnessing the power of the oceans with a like product. Sorry for your time if I’ve addressed this in error.
