Bah! According to a new study, the jury is still out on whether drinking coffee can prevent cancer. As you might have guessed, I'm something of a coffee addict.

The good news is that scientists have confirmed simple changes such as eating a healthy diet and exercising for 30 minutes a day could halve womb cancer cases in the UK.

This makes me feel I have more power than ever over my own health. The only catch is that we're talking about willpower. Uh-oh…
