Frankly, I find the idea of automated vehicles terrifying.

Crashes involving self-driving cars have started happening recently, which worries me. In May the first fatality occurred, and last week there was another accident. The driver was alerted to take control, but he didn't react and collided with a post. Fortunately there were no injuries this time.

Car-maker Tesla insists that motorists need to remain 'engaged and aware' and only use the autosteer function in certain conditions.

Educating customers is crucial. Just as with medicine, we need to understand, take responsibility and follow instructions before getting involved.
