Do you browse on your smartphone or tablet before sleeping? I do and I didn't think it was a problem. But that's not the case for everyone...

A study asked 10,000 teenagers about their sleep routines and use of electronic devices before bedtime. The researchers found that those who used their gadgets for more than two hours after school took longer to nod off and slept less well.

I wonder what this means for those who've left their teenage years behind? In any case I think I'll stick to reading a book instead.
