This article makes me stressed about feeling stressed!

Researchers now have an explanation for why stress may increase the risk of a heart attack. They suggest that when we face chronic stress caused by jobs or relationships, our bodies start to produce immune cells. The cells build up inside our blood vessels, and can cause harmful blockages when there's no infection for them to fight.

I didn't realise that our bodies react to mental stress as though it were a physical injury. Perhaps we should be taking stress more seriously...
