I'm excited by space tourism. If I had a spare £150,000, I could launch into space in the next few years. But on Friday, tragically, a Virgin Galactic spaceship crashed on a test flight, killing one pilot and injuring another.

SpaceShipTwo transforms its shape to slow itself down when re-entering the atmosphere. It looks like this transformation happened far too early.

It could take a year to work out what went wrong. Space is the most exciting destination I can think of for a holiday. But is space travel safe enough for the public?

space travel is necessary because the earth is broken beyond repair so if we want the human race to survive we will need to travel to another planet
