New research shows Alzheimer's could be prevented by changing your lifestyle. It has scared me into thinking about a gym membership...

Lifestyle alters the odds significantly - one in three cases of Alzheimer's could be prevented by changing lifestyle factors. Lack of exercise and poor education are two of the seven main risk factors identified. By decreasing each of these, cases of Alzheimer's could be reduced by 200,000 by 2050.

I do try to live a healthy lifestyle. This story reminds me how it could affect my future.
