Living in London, I worry about the amount of pollution I breathe in and what harm it might be doing to my body.

Scientists asked commuters to wear monitors to study how much air pollution they were exposed to. They found that people who get the Tube to work experience far higher levels of some harmful pollutants than people who drive - in many cases up to eight times as much.

It's cars that produce most of this pollution, but they also give drivers the most protection from it.

How do you feel about air pollution?

The worst pollution was found on the Victoria and Northern lines, where trains routinely travel with open windows.
