This story really makes me want to be healthy. I've never thought about having fat in my bones, but researchers in the US have found that overweight people carry hidden fat in their bone marrow.

This puts obese individuals at risk of developing osteoporosis  a bone disease which was always associated with frail people.

Surely if someone is obese and has weak bones they are more likely to break?
