I should probably be more active, and I could definitely eat more healthily. Would I do these things if I had a hi-tech system to help me?

A new study is giving children a series of sensors to tell them when they've been active enough or if they're eating too quickly. The data collected will be used to identify kids at risk of obesity.

It seems like a really good idea if it could change my behaviour. But do I want a computer telling me what to do all day?
