It takes me for ever to get to sleep. Researchers may have found a reason for this, at least for a few nights every month.

In a sleep study, 33 volunteers took five minutes longer to fall asleep during a full Moon. They also slept for 20 minutes less than they usually would. The cause is unknown, but it isn't linked to brightness the subjects were shut in darkened rooms.

Maybe my sleeplessness is Moon-based. Or maybe it's because I live next to a busy road...
