I love sci-fi, and to me Google Glass looks super-futuristic. But the hi-tech eyewear is real and it's now available in the UK.

The UK is only the second country to get Glass, but at £1000 for a prototype the kit is pricey and mainly aimed at developers.

Some organisations are concerned that the devices could distract road-users - or that they might be used to secretly film or invade people's privacy.

Personally, I'm interested to see if they'll take off... or if we'll take them off.
