I've always been fascinated by the incredible creatures in David Attenborough documentaries. But I didn't think I'd ever see a world where flying robots could mimic animal behaviour.

Researchers are taking inspiration from animals such as insects and bats to create hi-tech flying robots. They've even created robots that can swoop in and grab something from the ground like an eagle. It's cool, but the thought of flying robots also creeps me out a little bit. Will they be allowed to fly near me?

The robots still need a lot more development before they can perform complicated tasks in the real world.
