I hate it when you're driving and you start to feel drowsy. It scares me how easily I could nod off and cause a serious accident. Imagine how much worse it would be in a giant mining truck!

A new face-tracking system designed for the mining industry could help solve that problem. It can tell if a driver's eyes have been closed for too long, and will vibrate the driver's seat and inform the supervisor.

It should cut accidents in mining, but could it also help drivers on public roads?
