I love to walk, hike, run… anything that allows me to use my body as more than a compartment for my brain. Still, I was surprised to see how much we can benefit from exercise. A report in the British Medical Journal has shown that 150 minutes of exercise each week could prevent thousands of cases of cancer and type 2 diabetes.
