I'm a bit of a social media addict, so I was excited to hear about a new platform called Ello.

But how can any new social network survive when it's got Facebook to compete with? Ello is different because it's ad free and says it won't sell your data. Instead it charges you to use aspects of the site.

It's an interesting idea... Are you bothered enough by other social networks selling your data and bombarding you with ads to switch to Ello?
