A driver in a rush almost hit me on my cycle to work this morning. What if we didn't have to worry about people making deadly mistakes in big metal machines on our roads?

The UK government is soon to allow driverless cars to be tested on public roads. More work is needed to ensure autonomous cars are consistently safe. But the benefits excite me. Fewer accidents caused by drunk, tired, angry, inexperienced or distracted drivers? Yes please!

Why not?? Mostly accidents happen because of those things: anger, tiredness and other things... And also sometimes people travel day and night to go somewhere even if their tired, but with these cars you could sleep instead of spending the night driving.
