I get confused when I read news about what's supposed to be healthy or unhealthy. One week something is good for us and the next we should avoid it.

This week a study showed that babies who spend time around dogs are less likely to get asthma. It looks like a good study, although research in the past has shown the opposite.

I think news articles often use headlines that grab our attention but don't always give us the full facts.

The research supports the idea that having dust and dirt around us as children makes us less likely to develop allergies.
