When I think of spying, James Bond and car chases come to mind. But the reality of spying is somewhat different.
A security company claims to have identified one of the most sophisticated computer bugs ever seen. It's thought to have been developed by a Western government to spy on other countries and individuals. Once installed it can collect screenshots, passwords and even recover deleted files. The software is so complex that it had managed to evade detection for six years.
I find it slightly sinister that a government can have so much access. Are they doing this to keep us safe? I'm not sure.
