Could you control a drone using your brain? It sounds like something futuristic from a sci-fi film, but technology has been developed to enable this.

A drone company recently demonstrated brain-controlled drones that adapted existing electroencephalography (EEG) technology. The EEG senses activity in specific parts of the brain which is then translated into instructions to guide the drone.

Piloting an aircraft with our brains might become as easy as walking or running in the future. It sounds scary, but I know I'd still like to try it!

Would you use your brain to control this drone?

Trained participants taught their brains to think about how they would move a small circle on the screen up or down, which would steer the drone left or right.
