Botox injections never appealed to me, but if they did I'd want them done safely.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) says that many people get beauty injections at home and in salons, without taking proper care of their hygiene.

One major concern is needle sharing, which can spread infections and diseases. New guidelines could see local councils providing sharps boxes so that people can dispose of their used needles safely.

Personally, I choose the laughter lines.
