I like to think I'm a calm person, but there are a few things in life that really make me angry. I better be careful though - it could be bad for my health, not just the people around me.

New research suggests anger could increase the risk of having a heart attack or stroke. People with a history of heart disease should be extra careful. While more research is needed to understand the link, we may need to watch our tempers...
