I find inconsiderate behaviour extremely aggravating, especially when it affects a lot of innocent people. Criminals running illegal waste sites have proved so infuriating that a special environmental task force has been set up to deal with them.

Some of these sites pollute homes and schools nearby and can pose a health risk because of illegal burning of dangerous materials. Despite some hefty fines and prosecutions, over a thousand known illegal waste sites continue to operate in the UK. This kind of behaviour is completely rubbish!
