African antennas

    I love space and astronomy. So I’m excited about the world’s largest scientific instrument, consisting of thousands of antennas – the Square Kilometre Array (SKA).

    This awesome radio telescope will be built in Africa, bringing ‘huge’ science and hi-tech hopes to the continent. It’ll also bring thousands of jobs in construction and engineering work – a great boost to the economies of the several countries the radio telescope spans.
