Sleep helps weight loss

With summer only a few months away I’m probably going to want to shift a few pounds before getting into my swimsuit. Today’s news suggests good sleep could help me shed those stubborn love handles.
People with poor sleep, that’s less than 6 or more than 8 hours per night, were less likely to lose weight in a recent six-month study.
But don’t get anxious about it, as people with low levels of stress also lost more weight!
