Remember to sleep well

    Ever have trouble sleeping? Can’t remember where you put your keys? There could be a connection…

    Neuroscientists at Berkeley, California measured the sleep patterns and brain scans of 30 volunteers, young and old. They noticed that the brain structure responsible for memory formation is smaller in older volunteers. These volunteers also had the worst sleep and performed badly in all memory tests.

    One more reason to get a good night’s rest…
